Feel free to come in your spookiest attire and you may have a chance to win a spine-chilling prize!Prepare for an unforgettable journey into the mysterious world of wine and cheese. This intimate gathering, limited to just 20 brave souls, will take place under the moon's eerie glow on October 18th and 25th just steps away from Nightmare on Block Street. As you enter the alley and descend into our cabinet of curiosity, delight your taste buds as we pair the finest wines from Arkansas Wine & Spirits with an assortment of exotic and decadent cheeses from Sweet Freedom Cheese, each chosen to evoke spine-tingling sensations.

About your hosts:

Jessica Keahey is the owner of Sweet Freedom Cheese, the first cut-to-order cheese shop in Arkansas. Jessica has studied extensively with cheese experts from around the globe, making and mongering, for the past 11 years. She has earned the distinction of being named a Certified Cheese Professional by the American Cheese Society and was profiled in Women Make Arkansas: Conversations with 50. Sweet Freedom Cheese Shop opened in 2018 in the vibrant 8 th Street Market in Bentonville and has been featured by Cheese Market News, Culture Magazine, AY Magazine, Only in Arkansas, and named by The Wall Street Journal, Wine Enthusiast, and Taste of Home as one of the top independent cheese shops in the US to find the country’s best cheese.

Dan Lindley is a level 2 sommelier and currently works for Arkansas Wine & Spirits. Founded in 2017, Arkansas Wine & Spirits curated a portfolio of distinctive products in all categories that we saw as underserved in Arkansas. They strive to develop true partnerships with their suppliers, retailers and consumers in order to bring the highest level of service to the market.
